It turned out really well, and if you want a sneak peak, you can watch it online, here: http://www.travelchannel.com/video/the-ecoroamer

Smelly oxidation

Hi Tom, It’s kind of funny. The truck took 2 years to design, and another 2 years to assemble the 1,000+ components together, but people seem to be most interested in the composting toilet and the grey water drain! Yes – it smells bad. We treat it every once in a while and rinse the […]

Hi All, Yet another LOOOOOONG silence, sorry! It’s been a crazy busy, but exciting year. The EcoRoamer is fixed and running great. We took it out to BurningMan again in September, which was amazing, but other than that it’s been sitting in storage. No travel plans for 2011 as we’ve been really focused on our […]

The company has a platform that lets anybody create free mobile apps for a local community that they are a part of / passionate about. (eg: Your school parent association, […]

Responding…

Hi Guys, My apologies for this very late response. I’ve been working three jobs for months, and spent the first part of the year overseas, so I haven’t exactly had a lot of time for ExPo’ing. Upon returning to this thread I feel a bit like pulling up the driveway to my house after a […]

Overland Expo 2011

Hi Guys, Just a quick note to say thanks to those of you who stopped by at the Overland Expo, it’s always great to re-connect with so many of you we’ve met through this thread. If you’re still around, stop by today for a beer, some wifi and a chat. I’ll be at the Muskoka […]

Update and Response

Hi Guys, Sorry for the delayed response. We are currently in South East Asia for a mix of business (work) and pleasure (trip to Kota Tinggi, Malaysia in our LC90). I am delighted that this thread about the EcoRoamer continues to be of interest, education, and perhaps even entertainment for so many people. That was […]
